Maharani science college

Maharani's Science College, Bangalore is a premier and reputed college within Karnataka state, imparting quality Science Education to girl students. Established in 1938 by the erstwhile Maharaja of Mysore. It is situated close to Vidhana Soudha, the seat of Government and a prominent landmark in Bangalore city.

The college is governed by the Department of Collegiate Education, Government of Karnataka. The college has a sprawling campus of more than eleven acres with a lot of greenery contributing to cool and serene environment.

It is Grade-II college and has been declared as a Center of Excellence by the Department of Collegiate Education in Karnataka. College has full fledged laboratories, adequate class rooms, playground for extensive sports activities, dedicated and qualified faculty.

The College has been accredited by NAAC with B+ Grade in 2003 and the college is gearing up for reaccredition in March 2009.
